1. Develop and adapt products and process quality to fulfill the customer’s
requirements under the management of lab manager in accordance with the rules of business and BASF
quality&Safety
2. Bachelor or above in Chemistry
3. 2+ years’ experience in Automotive Coatings, ideally waterborne, or equivalent. 4. Strong communication capability. Backgroung of global project is a plus.
5. Strong understanding on liquid coatings technology for WB paint
6. Basic understanding of liquid coating application equipment.
7. Familiar with standard WB refinish coating manufacturing processes, as well as standard Quality Control techniques.
8. Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good sense of technology automotive Refinsih Coatings. professional
presentation skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities, Basic knowledge of MS Office. Ideally good command of written and spoken English.
