1.Responsible for developing new industrial products ( Low temperature baking 2K coatings, including solvent-based and water-based) and adjusting and maintaining existing products and processes to meet customer timeline and technical requirements through relevant tools

2.At least 8 years experiences in industrial coatings (construction machinery, rolling stock or bus) development

3.Have a good understanding of coating technology for industrial coatings, familiar with coating related testing equipment, familiar with coating production process, at the same time to understand the relevant quality control standards, technology and professional knowledge: good judgment of coating technology, professional display skills

4.Good communication skill with customer, and strong ability to site trouble shooting, good command of office related software, good English reading and writing skills
